2. License Grant

AdminToplist grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with your purchased plan:

• Standard License: Use on up to 3 domains
• Cloud License: Use on up to 10 domains
• Unlimited License: Use on unlimited domains

Each license is bound to the specific domains you register and cannot be transferred to other domains without proper deactivation through your client area.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the software for any illegal purposes
• Share your license key with others
• Exceed your plan's installation limits

4. Payment and Subscriptions

All licenses are sold on an annual subscription basis. By purchasing a license, you agree to:

• Annual automatic renewal unless cancelled before renewal date
• Payment processing through PayPal or authorized payment gateways
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds after 14 days of purchase
• Software access will be revoked upon subscription expiration or cancellation

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with AdminToplist, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests after this period will not be honored. To request a refund, contact our support team through your client area.

6. Updates and Support

Your license includes:

• Free software updates for the duration of your subscription
• Technical support via ticket system
• Access to documentation and knowledge base
• Email support (response time varies by plan)

Support is limited to issues directly related to AdminToplist software. We do not provide server administration, custom development, or third-party integration support.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

AdminToplist software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of this software is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AdminToplist be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the software.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these terms, non-payment, abuse of service, or any fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the software will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AdminToplist operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
